Air Experience Flights
"If God had meant us to fly, He'd have given us wings", or so the famous quotation says.
Now, we can't actually give you wings, but you can certainly earn them! Every cadet has the opportunity to learn to fly alongside regular or retired RAF pilots, using the Grob 115E "Tutor" aircraft.
Each flight lasts around 30-40 minutes and, provided you have the aptitude, you could be on your way to earning your very own Private Pilots Licence.
You'll be kitted out with a flying suit, gloves, helmet and parachute; and will receive full training before entering the aircraft. It's been many years since a cadet has had to "bail out" but if that's the kind of thing for you, there's also a dedicated parachuting course!
