The Duke of Edinburgh's Award
The Air Cadet Organisation is the world's largest operating authority of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award programme.
There are three levels of award: Bronze, Silver and Gold, and is open to anyone between the ages of 14 and 25. It is designed to be a challenge, and will surely test you to your limits of physical and mental ability. However, it's also supposed to be fun, and you will gain many useful experiences as you progress through the programme.
Most of the activities that you take part in at squadron, Wing and national level will have some part to play in the Award - go for it!
