Gliding in the ATC
Imagine yourself soaring over the countryside, with the wind rushing in your ears.
Come gliding with us, and that's what you can expect - no noisy engines; just you, and instructor, a glider and the air.
Although we normally fly the winch-launched Grob Viking glider, you could find yourself in the powered (self-launching) Vigilant aircraft; again working to earn those coveted wings.
And if you're really motivated, you may be asked back as a staff cadet or instructor; to pass on your experience and enthusiasm to others!
