Opportunity flights
Opportunity seldom knocks twice, so grab the chances as they come.
Everybody likes something for free. Even better if it's something to boast to your friends about!
In the ATC, we do everything we can to get cadets (and staff, where possible!) flying in a variety of aircraft. If you're on Annual Camp at a flying station, the odds shorten greatly.
In recent times, we have had cadets fly in Lynx and Merlin helicopters, Hercules transporters and even Tornado fast jets.
