01/27/2004 Entry: "Ouch..."

We've started planning the wedding... Church is booked for 19th March 2005. Nothing else yet, just the church.

A few phone calls later & I find out that the reception (a minimum of 80 people for the sit-down meal) is going to cost around UKP5000. Yes, we'll be spunking the cost of a small car on a three-course dinner, DJ & buffet.

My head hurts - not to mention my wallet.
