Firstly, let me apologise for not posting sooner - it's been a hectic week.

Last Friday I had my one week checkup to ensure that my eyes were OK. Hell, they're better than OK; I could read the penultimate line clearly and could actually make out a few of the letters on the bottom line!

It is truly a miracle of modern science.

Today's also a milestone; I've stopped wearing the (plain-lensed) glasses. Apart from the shades, I am now a totally spectacle-free zone.
