03/10/2005 Entry: "I need a break..."

I'm shattered.

Jo had the right idea at work the other day: "You're lucky I'm here - I haven't got the time to work!"

The 'Big Day'(tm) is almost here; less than 10 days in fact. I've got less than a week left at work, which is a bonus.

Outfits have been collected, tried on and replacements ordered. Everything else has either been ordered, booked, collected or paid for. Orders of service are still in component form; waiting for us to find the time to assemble them.

Even though we've been planning this for 15 months, I know it'll go to the wire... things like the flowers, cake, DJ and band won't be seen until the day before at best.

And I've still got to write my speech (apologies in advance if it's crap).

I need sleep, and lots of it. (yawn)
