<p>All I want to do is use a .png image as the background to a link, then change it on hover. I&#8217;ve searched high and low for a fix but nothing seems to cater for background images delivered by CSS.</p>

<p>Apparently, this guy is a hobbyist designer. I say he should be professional. A real eye for design. Mr MacKay, I salute you!</p>
